Not 100% satisfied with your order? Here's everything you need to know about returning it.

Return within 30 days of receipt for a full refund on merchandise.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund in the amount of the price paid for merchandise.

Return Details

  • Printed items and other custom or personalized supplies are not eligible for return.
  • Orders must be returned in their original condition. Blank check paper and envelopes must be returned with no markings or other damage.
  • Shipping fees paid by the customer at the time of purchase will be refunded only if the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping fees (the cost to send merchandise back) will be refunded only if the return is due to our error. If you're eligible for a return-shipping refund, please include a copy of your shipping receipt with the package.
  • We'll credit back the credit card used for payment on the order. If your order was placed by phone or fax, please include the credit card number used for payment. If the order was paid by check, we'll refund you by check via US Mail.
